Piyush and Koushik, longtime colleagues, along with Koushik’s school friend Rakesh, have witnessed dramatic shifts in employment - from their parents’ lifelong jobs to their children’s gig economy. Increasingly, humans seem like underdogs in the race against machines.

The World Economic Forum estimates the half-life of skills has dropped from 30 years to under 7 in one generation, making school-taught skills outdated quickly. In today’s reality, upskilling and reskilling are essential for basic employment, not just career advancement.
Ironically, while people struggle to find jobs, companies face critical skill shortages. The rapid rise of GenAI has intensified this disruption, exposing a glaring lack of tools to help people and organizations adapt quickly.
