Processing of enterprise customer data is strictly governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA), Data Processing Addendum (DPA), and associated commercial agreements executed directly between SkillsBridge.AI Inc. and the customer organization.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your Personal Data only for lawful business purposes, including:

  • Providing and Maintaining our Services: To deliver website features, power public-facing interactive tools, and process data inputs.

  • System Refinement & Algorithm Optimization: To analyze the inputs submitted through Free Tools, helping us identify operational patterns and refine the generative algorithms behind our work design and learning catalysts. This data is aggregated and sanitized to ensure no personal identities are exposed.

  • Communication and Marketing: To send you product updates, newsletters, invitations to webinars, or follow up on a scheduled demo. You can opt out of marketing emails at any timeby clicking the "Unsubscribe" link.

  • Recruitment: To process, evaluate, and communicate with you regarding your application for employment at SkillsBridge.AI.

  • Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, and mitigate potential security threats, abusive behaviors, jailbreaking attempts, or unauthorized access to our Site.

  • Automated Decision-Making & Profiling Disclaimer: SkillsBridge.AI is designed to foster intuitive human-AI collaboration. To that end, please note that any reports, evaluations, or match indicators generated by our public Free Tools—including our "Test AI fitment" utility—are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.

These public tools do not perform legally binding candidate profiling, automated candidate screening, or automated employment and hiring decisions. They do not produce legal or similarly significant effects under GDPR Article 22 or state-level automated decision-making technologies (ADMT) regulations. All outputs require validation by qualified human human resource professionals before being implemented in any employment context.

3. AI Model Training & Third-Party API Intermediaries

SkillsBridge.AI is an AI-native platform designed to facilitate People + AI collaboration. Because our public website tools are built on advanced generative technology, it is essential to understand our data boundary model:

  • Refining Our Public Engines: The prompts, titles, and text inputs you provide when using our public Free Tools are analyzed to assess model performance and optimize system responses. This data helps our system adapt to the structural realities of the "agentic era."

  • Reliance on Third-Party Models: To generate high-fidelity job descriptions and fitment models, our Free Tools interface with commercial, enterprise-tier APIs powered by foundational LLM providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). While we establish commercial agreements with these providers designed to block their general public model training on our API payload, we do not have direct custody over their remote servers. Therefore, we do not assume liability for their downstream data processing.

  • The Confidentiality Paradox & Data Screening Policy: Because our public Free Tools are designed for rapid, friction-free testing, SkillsBridge.AI does not proactively monitor, review, or redact sensitive, personal, or confidential information inputted into these fields. You acknowledge that any data you enter will be transmitted through our API pipelines. Consequently, you assume sole responsibility for ensuring that no sensitive, proprietary, or regulated corporate data is submitted.

  • Our Privacy Recommendation: We encourage all site visitors to use generalized, synthetic, or mock requirements when testing public demos. Do not enter actual trade secrets, confidential performance records, or personally identifiable employee details into public-facing forms.

4. Cookies, Tracking, & Third-Party Marketing Pixels

We utilize cookies, web beacons, and tracking pixels to automatically gather operational, network, and device information when you navigate our Site. To maintain absolute transparency regarding our digital marketing practices, we specifically declare our integration with the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect aggregate information about how visitors find and interact with our Site. This cookie tracks page views, clickstreams, and source channels to help us improve website architecture. To opt out, you can download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag: We integrate the LinkedIn Insight Tag to assess the success of our professional social media outreach. This tag tracks visits to our site from professional Vaudiences on LinkedIn, enabling us to measure conversions and deliver customized, high-relevance professional webinars and content to LinkedIn users who have shown interest in our work transformation platform. You can manage your LinkedIn ad preferences in your LinkedIn settings.

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram): We utilize the Meta Pixel to track conversion behaviors and deliver relevant learning psychology and generative AI updates to professionals on Facebook and Instagram. You can adjust your Meta advertising settings directly on your Meta account preferences page.

  • Google Ads & YouTube Tracker: We use Google Ads tracking cookies to run and optimize our search-engine and video-based promotional campaigns, ensuring our platform is discoverable to leaders looking to bridge the AI execution gap. You can customize your Google Ads experience via Google's My Ad Center.

You can configure your internet browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, please note that some interactive features of our Site or Free Tools may not render correctly.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your Personal Data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers and Partners: We share data with trusted infrastructure providers (such as web hosting, analytical packages, customer relationship management systems, and LLM API pathways) who help us operate our Site and deliver our services. These vendors are legally bound to protect your data and only process it in accordance with our instructions.

  • Compliance and Legal Protection: We may disclose information if required to do so by
applicable local, state, federal, or international law, subpoena, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or security of SkillsBridge.AI Inc., our users, or the public.

  • Business Transfers: In the event of an asset sale, merger, consolidation, restructuring, or acquisition, your information may be transferred to the acquiring business entity as part of our operational assets.

6. Data Security and Privacy by Design

SkillsBridge.AI is built on modern security architectures. We apply rigorous physical, technical, and administrative protections designed to keep your data safe:

  • Transport Layer Encryption: All data transmitted to or from our website is encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols.

  • Boundary Separation: Website visitor submissions and Free Tool inputs are kept entirely isolated from our core, SOC 2-compliant enterprise database architectures, which feature air-gapped security frameworks for our corporate clients.

  • Vulnerability Controls: We routinely monitor our web servers, firewalls, and network configurations to block malware, prompt injections, and DDoS attacks.

7. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law:

  • Contact Form and Demo Inquiries: Retained for active commercial follow-ups, standard sales nurturing, and reporting.

  • Free Tool Inputs: Retained in secure logs for administrative performance audits and algorithm evaluation for up to twelve (12) months, after which they are completely anonymized or securely deleted.

  • Job Applications: Kept in our active recruiting database for up to two (2) years to evaluate candidate alignment with current and future career paths, unless deletion is requested earlier.

8. US State-Specific Privacy Rights (California CCPA/CPRA, Texas, Colorado, Virginia)

This section provides additional disclosures required under various state-level comprehensive consumer privacy acts, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA):

  • No Sale of Personal Data: SkillsBridge.AI Inc. does not sell, rent, lease, or commercially trade your Personal Data to third parties for monetary consideration.

  • No Sharing for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising: We do not share your Personal Data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Any social media pixels utilized (such as LinkedIn or Meta) are deployed strictly to measure campaign efficacy and deliver our own informational content directly to interested users on professional networks.

  • Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info Pathway: Because we do not engage in the sale or sharing of your Personal Data, we do not display a "Do Not Sell or Share" link on our homepage. However, residents of California and other applicable states may submit an official, verifiable request to restrict any future data sharing by contacting our privacy compliance desk at info@skillsbridge.ai.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you (such as by denying access or offering lower quality service) for exercising any of your statutory consumer privacy rights.

9. Your Legal Rights & Choices

Depending on your geographic location (including the State of New Jersey, CCPA jurisdictions, or the European Economic Area under GDPR), you may possess specific statutory rights regarding your Personal Data:

  • Right to Access & Portability: You have the right to request a digital copy of the Personal Data we hold about you.

  • Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete details.

  • Right to Erasure (De-indexing): You have the right to request that we securely delete personal information collected from our marketing contact databases or active careers log.

To exercise any of these statutory rights, please submit a clear request directly to our privacy desk at info@skillsbridge.ai. We review and process all legal requests in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site, its resource libraries, and Free Tools are built exclusively for business professionals, enterprises, and adult job seekers. We do not intentionally compile, gather, or solicit personal details from children under the age of sixteen (16). If we learn that we have accidentally acquired personal information from a child under sixteen without verified parental consent, we will take immediate action to purge that data from our servers.

11. Policy Modifications

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to align with changes in statutory privacy rules, technological iterations, or shifts in our interactive feature offerings. Any updates will be displayed directly on this page with a revised "Last Updated" timestamp. We encourage you to visit this page periodically to keep up-to-date with our security strategies.
